All rates are per suite/2pax/night. They are calculated automatically, based on the category and the season. They include breakfast and free use of the common areas (the living, the breakfast room, the terrace). Further information concerning included and not included services are listed above. The tourist tax per day and person (starting from the age of 12 years) is 2,20€.

The stay for children up to 3 years is free. The crib has a cost of 20€/night. Children between 4 and 10 years have a discount of 70% of the regular rate, youngsters from 11 to 16 years of 60%.

In case a third or a fourth person stays in a suite, we offer a discount of 40% for each additional guest.

Of course. All suites can be booked for single occupancy. In this case we calculate 70% of the rate per room

Cancellations or changes of bookings are free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. In the case of later cancellation, later arrival or early departure we will unfortunately have to charge as follows: cancellations or changes from 10 to 5 days before arrival 50% of you stay, 5 days before arrival 100% of your stay. In case of early departure or later arrival or “no show” we charge 100%.
